This enhancement ensures that 24/7 technical support across both AWS GovCloud (US-East) and AWS GovCloud (US-West) Regions is handled exclusively by full-time AWS employees who are US citizens on US soil, trained to maintain ITAR compliance and meet other applicable AWS GovCloud (US) requirements.
